Your note, handled with care.
When you contact UKWeb, we receive the details you submit: your name, email address, website and message. We use them to consider your request, reply and keep a record of the conversation.
How information is handled
Enquiries are stored in WordPress and passed through email and enquiry-management services used to respond. Technical logs may record IP addresses, request times and browser information for operation and abuse prevention. Providers may process information in other countries; a Canadian or UK hosting option does not imply that every support system is located there.
Cookies and choices
The public website has no advertising tracker added as part of this launch. WordPress may use cookies for administrative login or functional purposes. Your browser can restrict cookies. Do not send confidential credentials, payment data or unnecessary sensitive information through the form.
Retention and requests
Records are retained as needed to handle enquiries, administer services, meet applicable obligations and maintain security. You may ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing contact@ukweb.host. Requests are considered subject to applicable obligations and legitimate retention needs.
Third parties and changes
External websites and services have their own privacy terms. This notice may be updated as the service changes. Specific contractual and data-handling requirements should be agreed before purchasing a service.
