Start with the question, not the jargon.
A few useful answers before you choose hosting—or when you need to ask us for help.
Already with us?
Send the website address, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot or the time of the issue can help, but never send passwords through the public form.
Contact the deskThis is an email enquiry route, not a live chat or emergency hotline.
What is the difference between a domain and hosting?
Your domain is the address people use. Hosting runs the website at that address. They can be supplied by different companies.
Will a hosting move change my email?
It depends on the DNS and mail setup. Tell us about email before a move so that we can preserve it or plan the necessary work.
Do I need managed WordPress care?
If you want someone to handle an agreed set of software updates and checks, it is worth discussing. If your developer already does that, hosting alone may fit.
Can you guarantee that a site will never go down?
No. Hosting depends on software, networks and third-party infrastructure. Any service commitments must be stated in your written agreement.
How do I get a price?
Send your website and requirements. We scope the service before quoting, so resource limits, care and any migration work are clear.
